I want a Vietnam visa but I live in India

For those who reside or stay in India at the time of waiting for the visa to Vietnam, there are two ways to get Vietnam visa, through Vietnam Embassy in India, or get Visa on Arrival via online service

1. Visa collected upon arrival

If your country does not have a Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate or you do not want to face a time- consuming visa procedure at the Vietnamese Embassy, we can also help you to apply for the Vietnamese Visa on arrival.

You will have to provide us with your information. Then, we will submit your details to the Vietnamese Immigration Department in order to get the Visa Approval Letter and a copy will be forwarded to you. You will keep this copy to show to the airline staff when you check in at your country airport. This is to prove that your Vietnamese visa will be stamped in Vietnam on arrival at the airport by the Vietnamese Authorities and allow you to board the plane to Vietnam.

After you arrive at one of the Vietnamese International Airports in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Hanoi or Danang, the authorization will be ready at Immigration and you can receive the visa.
The Vietnamese visas will be stamped upon arrival with the visa fee of US$ 25 per person to be paid to the Immigration Officials at the airport. You have to show the visa pre-approval letter in order to get the actual visa. (2 passport-sized photos are required).

2. Get a Vietnamese visa from your country

How to get it? You reach this Embassy in person and follow the required procedures.

EMBASSY OF VIETNAM IN INDIA

Embassy of Vietnam in New Delhi, India

Adress: 17, Kautilya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, 110 021 India

Consulate General of Vietnam in Mumbai, India

Address: Wajeda House, Gulmohat Cross Road No.7 Juhu Scheme, Mumbai

400 049 India
Issuing unit: Vietnamese Embassy in India
Processing time: 4 to 10 working days
Fees: 55-120 USD/person
Additional fee: Postal cost
With Passport requirement

However, if you want to avoid the long approval procedure at an Embassy outside Vietnam (from 4 to 10 days), we can help you to get the entry visa to Vietnam. We apply for a visa at the Vietnam Immigration Department, then after processing, they will send your visa approval code directly to the Vietnamese Embassy or Vietnamese Consulate in your country where you present your passport to receive the approval stamp and Visa to Vietnam. To process a Vietnamese visa, please provide us with the following information:

1. Your title (Mr./Mrs./Ms.)
2. Your name as shown in your passport
3. Date of birth
4. Nationality
5. Passport No. (valid at least 06 months)
6. Date Passport issued
7. Date Passport will expire
8. Profession
9. Present address
10.Purpose of visit to Vietnam (Vacation/ Business/ Visit family or others) Proposed date of entry and exit Vietnam
11. Number of entries (single or multiple)
12. Port of arrival and departure - Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) or others
13. The city where a Vietnamese embassy or consulate is located and where you plan to get the visa (only for getting a Vietnamese visa from your country)
14. Copy of the page of your passport, where there is the passport number and your picture.
Please send us an email for visa arrangements at: vietnamrushvisa@gmail.com. After receiving all your details, we will process the visa immediately, in urgent cases the process takes only 1 to 2 working days, normally it will take 3 to 5 working days. Once the authorization is ready, we will send notification (by fax or attached email) to you and fax the approval to your desired Embassy or Consulate, then you just bring your passport to that Embassy or Consulate to get the visa stamp on your passport on the same day and you are ready to go to Vietnam. The Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in your country will charge the Visa Stamp Fee separately and this stamp fee can vary from country to country.
