Hello to all!

Welcome to the new Forums here at All-About-India.com, I hope enjoy them as much as I do. I thought that I would launch this forum with a with a couple of the key reasons why it is here at all.

The first and probably the most boring comes from the fact that I was starting to get a lot of emails from people all over the world asking about travelling in India. Hundreds of questions about this and about that and of course I enjoyed helping these people as much as I could but it got to the point where I just had no more time to respond to them all.

The second reason these forums exist today comes from a similar but more enjoyable aspects of running the website, and that is the emails that I get from people who love the country as much I do. Or the all those I put in the 'India enthusiasts' file.

And that is also when it struck me; Why don't I put these people together - build a community - Let them talk to each other! Those with the questions and and those with the answers ot those with the passion and those with the knowledge - choose your label. So here it is, the new All-About-India community for everyone even remotely interested in this rather large corner of the world, India.

I encourage you to use these forums to their full potential and of course all of your suggestions are more than welcome! I'd like you to consider these forums as 'your' forums. For example, maybe you would like a forum devoted to just one aspect of Indian culture or perhaps one particular place. Just let me know and I will see what I can do.
